SoilWorx K-Boost 3-2-17 poultry manure fertiliser and soil conditioner is a high-potassium blend for boosting plant growth, particularly in potatoes.
Made from natural chicken manure (minimum 52.9% organic content) and SOP, K-Boost 3-2-17 contains nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium as well as magnesium, sulphur, calcium and trace micronutrients. Its high potassium content supports growth, yields and better tuber appearance, especially in potatoes. K-Boost 3-2-17 poultry manure pellets are 100% natural and organic and certified by the Organic Trust.

As with most organic amendments the use on crops is widely seen as positive to growth by providing organic matter back to the soil, closing the nutrient loop, improving the soil texture and water holding capacity whilst providing better biodiversity in the soil.
Poultry manure provides higher nutrient contents compared to other manures and provides a slow release of the nutrients.
Most crops will benefit from use of chicken manure due to its readily available nutrition. It’s an excellent choice compared to other manures and biosolids with lower nutritional content.

SoilWorx products should be stored in a dry and sheltered location ideally on top of pallets. Our bulk bags are lined to keep moisture out of the product. If no indoor space is available, it’s advisable to store on top of pallets and covered with a tarpaulin sheet to keep the weather off the bags.
