Organic poultry manure fertiliser high in organic matter to support crop development

SoilWorx Dynamo 4-2-3 is a poultry manure fertiliser and soil improver that’s naturally high in organic matter, together with a full range of trace elements. Applied at sowing, Dynamo organic fertiliser creates the perfect environment for crops to develop, providing a controlled release of nutrients for sustained nutrition throughout the growing season.

High in organic matter (75.6%), dynamo pellet fertiliser is also an excellent soil conditioner. It increases microbial and earthworm activity in the soil, leading to improved soil structure and fertility. This also encourages improved root development which will increase the plant’s ability to take up nutrients, resist disease and withstand stress. SoilWorx Dynamo 4-2-3 chicken manure pellets are 100% natural and certified by both OMRI and the Organic Trust.

Frequently Asked Questions

Poultry manure contains a high amount of readily available nitrogen and other nutrients which means it’s ready to feed your crop right from application. As SoilWorx pellets are high in dry matter and organic matter the concentration of nutrients is higher than other types of manure.

Typically, SoilWorx Dynamo should be used in early spring to provide nutrients to the growing crop and outside of closed application periods. Alternatively, it could be used as a starter fertiliser for winter crops such as Oil Seed Rape or where agronomically the crop requires some nutrition.

SoilWorx is stocked in the UK and Ireland at leading distributors and Co-Ops.

If chicken manure is not properly treated or sanitised, it can pose environmental and safety risks. Nutrients may leach into nearby waterways, contributing to water pollution, while harmful pathogens can remain in the manure and contaminate soil or crops if it is not correctly processed before application. That is why at SoilWorx we process our manure to ensure it is fully sterilised, and being a dry pellet, it is able to be transported and stored away from high-risk areas.

Yes, SoilWorx works with local organic poultry farms and has available a certified organic pellet separate to our standard range. It still has the high quality expected of a SoilWorx product but is certified by the organic trust and OMRI.
